Refunds for digital software
Last updated: June 5, 2026. This policy explains when Tanmi Studio may refund digital software purchases.
Digital delivery
Tanmi Studio products are digital software downloads. After delivery, refunds are reviewed based on the reason for the request and the product issue reported.
When refunds may be approved
- The product cannot be downloaded or launched and we cannot provide a working fix.
- The product page materially misrepresented a core feature.
- The purchase was accidental and the refund request is sent promptly before meaningful use.
When refunds may be declined
- The product was delivered and works as described, but the buyer changed their mind after use.
- The buyer expected a feature that was not listed on the product page.
- The product was used for an unsupported operating system or unsupported workflow.
How to request a refund
Send a refund request to hello@tanmistudio.com with the order email, product name, purchase date, and a short description of the issue.
